
Polish and U.S. (New York State) Attorney-at-Law, founder and managing partner of Gostyński i Wspólnicy. Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University (2001), then earned an LL.M. in Corporate and Finance Law from Widener University School of Law, USA — graduating top of his class with an Outstanding Achievement award in international law. Coordinates the firm's litigation and arbitration department. Extensive experience in cross-border disputes and advisory on M&A transactions across the Poland–USA–DACH axis. Serves as Vertrauensanwalt (Attorney of Trust) for the Austrian Consulate General in Kraków and as a member of the Executive Committee of NYSBA's International Section, where he is Chapter Chair for Poland. Regular speaker at international legal conferences and author of publications in German and English on Polish law.
