Immigration and Residence Permits

We represent foreign nationals and their employers in all matters relating to legal residence and employment in Poland. We handle applications for temporary and permanent residence permits, work permits (Type A, Type B, Type C), employer declarations of intent to employ, the Karta Polaka (Card of the Pole), and Polish citizenship confirmation and acquisition. We represent clients in proceedings before regional governor offices and the Office for Foreigners.
