We take companies through everything that needs a lawyer, a tax advisor or an accountant — from choosing a legal form to litigation and restructuring.
This path is for companies, sole traders, foundations and foreign entities already operating in Poland or about to start. Some of our clients keep us on retainer and call before they sign anything. Others come once, with a single contract, a single audit or a single claim. We treat both the same way.
We work either on a retainer or per project. On a retainer you get a named contact, an agreed monthly scope and one invoice — including when a matter touches law, tax and payroll at the same time. On a project we agree the scope and the fee in writing before any work starts.
Law, tax and accounting sit under one roof. Tax advisory and bookkeeping are handled by our sister company Sarego Finance, and the lawyers and tax advisors work from the same file. In practice that means the structure we propose legally has already been costed for tax — and you are not the one relaying messages between two outside firms that have never spoken.
A large part of our practice is Polish subsidiaries of German, Austrian and American companies. We work and document in Polish, English and German, and where needed also in Ukrainian and Russian. A board sitting abroad does not have to travel to Kraków for a matter to move.
